With an original professional background in Accounting, Stephen spent some time in charge of the Copperbelt practice of Deloitte in Zambia, with some further experience in Botswana.
He then moved in 1993 to the Polish practice of Coopers & Lybrand (pre the merger with PW) where he was in charge of the firms Audit practice. During this time he gain a wealth of experience in both client matters; mainly with international and large local business concerns; as well as the internal operations and leadership of a major professional services firm. Stephen
then left the audit profession in 1997 and has since then been working from Poland but across a wide geographical region, in a consulting capacity, with colleagues under a number of business brand, a number of which he initiated. His work has mainly focused areas that directly affect the success of organisations; strategy and direction setting, organisational and people development; and Mentoring and coaching senior executives. The client base is a mixture of local and international organisations, both large and small.
Over the past eight year Stephen has also developed extensive knowledge of the world of spirits and continues on his personal journey seeking out further knowledge of the distilling and maturation of unique liquids.
