After her PhD in Economics from Birkbeck College, University of London, Anita spent 12 years working in development on projects for several UN and EU agencies as well as bilateral donors in Eastern and Southern Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia. Most recently she has applied her research and economics skills in the area of Tourism Destination Management.

In the year 2000, as an expatriate spouse and mother, Anita decided to prioritize her family over her career in development and started her quest for spiritual wealth and wellbeing for herself, her family and others. She gained a diploma in Nutritional Therapy, ran a nutrition practice in Cairo, Egypt, learnt yoga and meditation and explored a variety of inspirational and motivational techniques. At the same time, she volunteered extensively in the community, managed projects and served on the Board of the international schools attended by her daughter in Cairo and Moscow.

Having worked and lived in countries across four continents, Anita has developed high interpersonal and communication skills as well as a deep respect for different cultures, traditions and values.

Her next mission is to bring spiritual values, ethical principles and wellbeing practices into businesses and workplaces, to enhance their positive impact on the community, their productivity, profitability, brand recognition and loyalty, as well as their employees’ health, happiness and engagement.
